The Pragmacero 90T-LP is a continuous-production mobile concrete batching plant widely used in North America, engineered by Pragmacero in 2017.
This configuration allows deployment in remote locations for large-scale infrastructure projects or as a permanent central plant, owing to its ease of setup and low installation cost. It comprises a single trailer-mounted module with fully integrated aggregate and cement batching systems, operating in cumulative batching mode. The self-erecting cement silo includes a cement weigh hopper rated for 4,000 kg (8,818 lb). Nominal production is 100 to 120 m³/h (131 to 157 yd³/h), with a potential daily output of 850 to 950 m3 (1,112 to 1,242 yd³) depending on truck count and site conditions.
